Schedule a session
Three things to mention:
1) I have implemented a cancelation policy. If you decide to cancel your session after my 24-hour notice has been sent out or no show on your session, then you will be invoiced the 50% of the amount of the session. I can bill you at your next session as well, but if it is not paid, you will not be allowed back in the studio. 24 hours gives me enough time to fill the session from a waitlist of people or a last-minute request. If you are sick or have a family emergency, I totally understand. I would not want you to feel guilty about you coming in sick or taking you away from your family. But please be respectful of my time and other’s times as well. If you do have a last-minute request, feel free to reach out and I can see if I can sneak you in somewhere, but it is not guaranteed. If this happens more than once you will be removed from my client list.
2) I have taken over 120 Hours of CEU’s in the last 3.5 years of becoming a massage therapists. Here is a list of them:
SMRT - (Head, Neck, Arms, and hands), (Hips, Low Back, and Abdomen), (Lower Extremities), (Shoulder, Ribcage, Axilla, and Upperback), Advanced Head, neck, arms, and hands (this class was great to learn about taking away migraines and headaches).

3) I will be taking insurance from Regence of Idaho as of January 1, 2024. These sessions cover 1 hour of massage, but can include reiki in them. If you would like to upgrade to a 90 session it will be $25 more. I would need your insurance information for billing purposes.

Massage therapy and healing are very important to me and that is why I have taken so much training. I want you to have the best experience I can personally give you. Please do let me know if you need more specific care while in session. I do honor your request and like I said, I have taken extra training so I can fix it unless I feel like I can’t, and I will let you know. I do love a challenge though!
Price Menu
There is a new price increase August 1, 2025. The increase will include a $10 increase to 60 minute sessions, and a $20 increase to both 90 and 120 minute sessions, as well as a $10 increase to reiki add-on. If this is out of budget for you and you would still like to come, please talk with me. I am having this increase for several reasons. To stay competitive in my field and to prevent burnout on my part. There are still other therapist charging more believe it or not. The prices listed below will take effect on August 1, so if you are still coming in July it will be my current pricing as well as if you already booked in August as you were not notified yet.

This session is for those just want some answers for personal reasons, from the other side, or just in general. I have been doing this for many years and it has apparent to me that I can answer most questions. Although, time is flued, these answers are not set in stone.
