Schedule a session

Three things to mention:

1) I have implemented a cancelation policy. If you decide to cancel your session after my 24-hour notice has been sent out or no show on your session, then you will be invoiced the 50% of the amount of the session. I can bill you at your next session as well, but if it is not paid, you will not be allowed back in the studio. 24 hours gives me enough time to fill the session from a waitlist of people or a last-minute request. If you are sick or have a family emergency, I totally understand. I would not want you to feel guilty about you coming in sick or taking you away from your family. But please be respectful of my time and other’s times as well. If you do have a last-minute request, feel free to reach out and I can see if I can sneak you in somewhere, but it is not guaranteed. If this happens more than once you will be removed from my client list.

2) I have taken over 120 Hours of CEU’s in the last 3.5 years of becoming a massage therapists. Here is a list of them:

SMRT - (Head, Neck, Arms, and hands), (Hips, Low Back, and Abdomen), (Lower Extremities), (Shoulder, Ribcage, Axilla, and Upperback), Advanced Head, neck, arms, and hands (this class was great to learn about taking away migraines and headaches).

3) I will be taking insurance from Regence of Idaho as of January 1, 2024. These sessions cover 1 hour of massage but can include reiki in them. If you would like to upgrade to a 90 session it will be $30 more as of October 1, 2026. I would need your insurance information for billing purposes. If you don’t know your co-pay ahead of time, I will have to look at how much it is and if massage is covered under your plan.

What are these different categories?

Spa synergy - Come in for a nice, relaxing Swedish massage. This is a for the people that just want a nice, relaxing massage without all the deep tissue riff raff. I can easily combine this with my reiki work for a complete packaged session of feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This massage is not fixing anything that is super tight. It is definitely for relaxation purposes. If you do decide to include reiki in this session, please just click the reiki massage.

Massage - This is for my clients who want me to get in there and get all the things. With my SMRT training, which is considered deep tissue, I can find the things and get it back to realignment. Now, with that being said, I am not a doctor so if you are needing more care than I have some people I can refer you to. It is best to get this at least once a month if you feel like you have build up from work, exercise, or just life stresses.

Lymphatic Drainage - This is a massage that is for the lymphatic system. It’s actually not even supposed to be called a massage because it is a sequence of movements that help clear the lymphatic system, although, it is pretty relaxing. Expect to go to the bathroom a lot in the following hours or even days. I have had clients tell me they have lost 2 pounds from the water weight being extracted. This procedure is only for regular bodies as I have not had continuing education on surgeries like mommy make overs, breast augmentation, or anything bigger. If it is a smaller surgery, then I please reach out and see if I would be good fit for you. I want to reiterate, I have basic training so if you are wanting a lymphatic session for surgery, tummy tucks, extensive tummy area, I would need to refer you to someone more specialized.

Reiki - This can be as a add on or by itself. I get so many questions about this as it is my specialty. This is an energy clearing. As we have 7 main chakras in the body along with many more that all over our body, this modality helps clear stuck energy, helps you feel clear, most likely you will feel light and free. Sometimes, clients feel like they need to cry and release all the things. I, as well will tell you anything you have come through like messages when it comes to the chakras, people that have passed over if they make themselves present, past lives, your guide team, if you have questions on a life direction. This modality is either best as separate session or a longer session if you want to incorporate a massage. I have altered this to a reiki/ oracle card reading to tap into your energy and get you some answers. The reiki massage and regular reiki include an oracle reading at the beginning. Most of the sessions we have enough time to do both, but for the 60 minutes reiki massage I have extended it to 75 minutes because 60 minutes was not long enough for all the things that we are trying to accomplish.

Intuitive sessions -These are sessions that can be done in the studio, over the phone, on Facebook messenger, or through an iPhone. I will answer questions that you have. I can tune into people that have crossed over, tap into past lives, see your guide team, or anything in-between. It is best to come in with questions or some direction, if not I can pull some cards that I have in the studio. If you don’t have a direction, it is kind of like pulling a needle out a haystack. Everyone is complicated and has a whole life that could lead me anywhere and it may not answer your question that you thought you had, but I could answer all sorts of other questions that your guide wants to talk about.

Past Life Regression - This is a hypnosis session going into the deep areas of past lives that you might be curious about. We have almost all have lived multiple lives, and our past can bring forth information confirming what you are here to learn on this earth plane. We not only go into past lives, we also talk to subconscious when we are done. Since I am a medium/ psychic, my guides do tell me what questions to ask sometimes or lead me down a path that helps with explaining things. We spend about 30 minutes on a question-and-answer session with going over your goals for the session. Then we get right to it with a couple of short hypnosis, one being a color one that helps get the imagination going and the other being the Dolores Cannon cloud method where you dip in to a life. I have had most of my clients go to at least 2 to 3 lives, undergone healing, transformed belief systems, and any hurt they were carrying. It’s magical. They have aha moments that make their lives meaningful. These last for about 2.5 hours.

Past life Regression - $250

Intuitive session are for those that just want some answers for personal reasons, from past loved ones, or just in general. I have been doing this for many years, and it has apparent to me that I can answer most questions. Although, time is flued, these answers are not always set in stone, meaning if you are asking for something that is more than 6 months out, the universe or your guides may have not put things in place yet or are still moving things around.
